Refund and Returns Policy
Refunds:
At PlaylistCore, we take pride in our services and strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. However, we do not offer refunds for paid services under any circumstances whatsoever, including situations such as (but not limited to) if your assigned playlist is removed by Spotify or if your song(s) is/are removed by Spotify or your distributor for any reason.
In the event that your assigned playlist is removed by Spotify, we may at our sole discretion re-list your song or album on another suitable playlist(s) at no additional charge. However, as the removal is solely the action of Spotify, we cannot refund your payment.
Although Spotify occasionally removes songs with claims of “artificial streams,” we assure you that we never use bots to artificially increase your stream count. Thus, if your song is removed due to such claims, the removal is solely the action of Spotify, and we cannot offer a refund.
Results Guarantee:
In addition to social media marketing, please note that purchasing a campaign from us entitles you to placement on one or more independent and hand-curated playlists for a limited period of time. At the end of this period, unless you make another purchase, your album or track will be removed from the respective playlist(s).
If the stream requirement is not met for a given month, we kindly request that you provide us with a formal screen shot of your dashboard, displaying the streams data for the past 28 days. Once we receive this evidence, we will proceed to run the campaign until the desired target is achieved.
